Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Nancy Zimmerman
Nancy, how would you describe your role?
I am an Implementation Consultant so my role is to teach and support best practices. I consult customers on best practices and recommend ways to optimize the capabilities of the FrameworkLTC solution set to improve efficiencies, workflow and financial performance. I also train customers on current and new product functionality, assist customers in the implementation process, and am a product and industry expert for our sales team.
What is your favorite part of the job?
Seeing our customers grow and succeed and knowing I had a part in helping them get there!
What do you like best about any of our solutions?
I don’t have a specific favorite, I like how they all integrate and come together to allow for a complete solution to our customers’ needs. Everything from our core FrameworkLTC product with all its flexibility to the ability to integrate with a wide variety of eHR, eMAR, dispensing and packaging systems, document management and reporting solutions. It’s amazing!
What do you do for fun?
I love spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. Watching them grow and change is fascinating. I also love to travel, especially to the beach and wine country.
