Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Peter Evered

Peter, how would you describe your role at SoftWriters?

Although my title is Support Analyst, it includes more. Problem resolution, documentation, some program design, release testing – all are part of the position. The variety involved in working with a new product is what makes the job interesting.

What is your favorite functionality within FrameworkECM?

As additional functions are rolled into FrameworkECM, the workflow process will only become more powerful. It’s encouraging to see that some of that functionality is being driven by our customers who are looking to simplify their document processing through the automation that FrameworkECM provides.

What is a personal tidbit you would like to share with our customers?

My wife and I live with our two dogs in a 110-year old American foursquare that seems to need constant maintenance. Still, the large spaces allow us to entertain several times a year, including a sit down dinner for 30 on New Year’s Day (Pork-a-Palooza).
At least once a year we try to get away and fly kites on the Carolina coast.

Peter has been a tremendous asset to our support team. Jason Haire, Pharm D, from Medicine Chest recently shared the following regarding his experience with Peter and SoftWriters’ support team, “We have been a FrameworkLTC pharmacy for years and just installed FrameworkECM at our first location. I just wanted to let you know how good of an experience I have had with the customer service at SoftWriters. I have called or emailed every day since converting to FrameworkECM; have had no wait time and have received great service. In most cases, Peter has been the representative that has helped me.  He has been great and taken care of all questions or has researched them for me.
