Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Rich Ford

Rich, how would you describe your role at SoftWriters?

In software support and implementation, I work with the customers to help solve any issues that they may be encountering. I install FrameworkECM for them and help them run through the updates.

What is your favorite part of the job?

Finding the answer to get the pharmacy back on course. It’s not always easy but we work with great people that will do anything to help solve a problem.

What is your favorite functionality in any of SoftWriters’ solutions?

Well everything FWECM of course! Probably the best part is all the automation FWECM is capable of.

What do you do for fun?

I love hanging out with my kids. They keep me upbeat and always entertain me. If i’m not working somewhere or on something I will find some kind of sports to watch or go see with friends.

SoftWriters has begun a new program called the SoftWriters Star Award. Each quarter the company recognizes one hard working individual who is going above and beyond in their role at SoftWriters. Though we have an entire team of hardworking individuals, Rich Ford is our first recipient for Q2 of 2016 for his dedication to the FrameworkECM pharmacies.
