We are incredibly excited to share a bonus episode of the Framework Focus podcast. ComputerTalk's Maggie Lockwood sat down with the team from SoftWriters to preview the 13th annual FrameworkLTC User Conference. In this roundtable discussion, the panel discusses the highlights of this event for FrameworkLTC customers and breaks down the theme of "Build, Partner, Serve." In addition to the team from SoftWriters, hear from a customer directly about the benefits of attending this event.

In addition to this episode’s host Maggie Lockwood, Director of Production at ComputerTalk, this exclusive roundtable includes:

• Aaron Nalick, Director, Partner Relations, SoftWriters,
• Mark Fulton, Director, Product Regulatory Compliance, SoftWriters
• Daniel Green, Director of Long-Term Care, Alps Pharmacy
• Dustin Harbison, Director of Account Management, SoftWriters

Throughout the conversation, our team will give further detail to each “pillar” of this year’s theme. You will hear from our usual Framework Focus podcast host Dr. Mark Fulton. He will explain what the “build” pillar stands for and some of the exciting content the conference will include surrounding it.

“Coming to the User Conference is the best opportunity our customers have to engage directly with our product team,” Fulton remarked. “This is a great time for our customers to see what we’re doing, what we’re building, get demos of the latest features… and ask those really important questions.”

You will also hear Aaron Nalick as he discusses the “partner” pillar and some of the new and existing partnerships that will be highlighted at this year’s event such as Advasur, a compliance solution, and Virtue Technologies, an up-and-coming delivery solution.

“The partnerships showcase our dedication to providing comprehensive and effective tools,” Nalick added.

Dustin Harbison will share around the “serve” pillar. He will demonstrate how SoftWriters strives to provide value to our FrameworkLTC users through a variety of creative and intentional efforts, both at the User Conference and beyond.

”When we put together the agenda, it’s really around our pillars,” Harbison noted. “There are some one-offs specifically targeted to what’s happening in the industry. We really try to target those to best serve our customers.”
