Feb. 5, 2015 (Pittsburgh, PA): SoftWriters, Inc. (SWI), a leading software solutions provider to the pharmacy industry, is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Roper Industries. SoftWriters will operate as part of Managed Health Care Associates (MHA), a Roper operating company and a leading health care services and technology company focused on the alternate site health care provider marketplace.
SoftWriters’ leadership team, including Timothy E. Hutchison, president and CEO of SoftWriters, will remain in place and will continue to lead the company.
