Streamline the Claims & Reimbursement Process

That’s why SoftWriters and MHA have teamed up to offer two interfaces for joint FrameworkLTC, MHA and Net-Rx customers. The new MHA Claims & MHA Net-Rx Interfaces will help:

  • Protect revenue and maximize profitability by detecting potential billing errors

  • Identify underpayment of claims and nonpayment of claims

  • Provide an actionable view of data-driven insights

Getting Started

For FrameworkLTC customers that are part of MHA or using the Net-Rx suite of products, you can now optimize your claims and reimbursement payments by installing these two updated interfaces as a part of the SoftWriters November 2019 release.

We encourage you to install and operationalize these interfaces by referring to the following documentation that is available within our Customer Engagement Zone (CEZ):

Pharmacies may refer to these installation and user guides for directions on how to obtain credentials for use within these interfaces. The same login credentials may be used within both interfaces.
