Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Courtney Hetler-Findlay

SoftWriters' training team brings our mission to life by sharing their knowledge of best practices and solution functionality with our customers, which in turn helps those LTC pharmacy operators provide better patient experiences and outcomes. In this edition of "Meet the Team", we spoke with Courtney Hetler-Findlay, who is not only an application trainer but also our in-house teacher known for her thorough curriculum content,  extreme knowledge of and affinity towards FrameworkECM, mad organization skills, and overall willingness to help others. Let's get to know a little more about Courtney:

How would you describe your role at SWI?

My role at SoftWriters is internal training and product education. I train all new and current employees at SoftWriters. I also contribute with customer education - release webinars, training webinars, informative content, and  FrameworkECM Implementations when needed. In addition, I work with many existing pharmacies to assist with best practice and processes within FrameworkECM.

What is your favorite part of the job?

I love my role within the SoftWriters organization. I enjoy interacting with my fellow co-workers and collaborating to find solutions and creating new functionality for our customers. I also appreciate getting to interact with all new hires early-on during their on-boarding. I frequently say I am very lucky within my role because I get to work closely with my peers, other teams, departments, and continue to assist / support our customers.

What is your favorite functionality of any of our products?

If you know me, you know I’m pretty passionate about all things FrameworkECM. I really love the endless possibilities of Customization and Folder Workflows. My newest favorite feature within the FrameworkECM application would have to be Association Stamps and being able to automate information or data to a document.

What do you like to do for fun?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. A little known fact about me is that I like to go antiquing and enjoy decorating!
