SoftWriters' 2nd annual school supplies drive to benefit the North Hills Community Outreach was a huge success! We exceed our donation quantity from last year by 271, collectively we were able to donate over 1,500 items! We are thrilled to be able to support local families and kids heading back for a new school year.

Update on 1/2019: North Hills Community Outreach shared that 929 children received new backpacks and school supplies for the 2018-2019 year! That is tremendous!
I am one of three supervisors for the FrameworkLTC support team. On any given day you will see me helping analysts resolve their calls, tackling elevated support issues, and working to improve our overall customer experience at SoftWriters! My aim is to provide our customers with resolutions to their issues as correctly and swiftly as possible.
In an ongoing effort to be proactive, transparent and forthcoming with errors, observations, issues and limitations related to FrameworkLTC software suite, SoftWriters has started publishing Known Issues and Limitations document (KIL) on the Customer Engagement Zone.
While an extension has been placed around the enforcement remedies for certain Phase 2 Mega Rule and Antibiotic Stewardship requirements from CMS [Nov 2019], it is still necessary to be working towards compliance on these items.
