Customer Support
Our products have been designed to be easy to use. If you experience any trouble, please use any of the following methods of support.

On-Screen Help
You can open the FrameworkLTC® Help File from any dialog box within the application by pressing F1 from the keyboard.  For instance if you are working on the Nursing Stations dialog box and click F1, the help file will open to the "Adding a New Nursing Station" topic.

Telephone Support
Telephone support is available 24/7.  Call 412.492.9841 and select option 2 to reach the first available technician. If a technician is not immediately available, you may leave a message and the first available technician will return your call. An incident number will be assigned to your call, and support notes from all technicians will be recorded to your incident number.

Contact Support
Submit a request to Support - your problem will be assigned to a SoftWriters' Support Technician and you will be contacted as quickly as possible.

Live Chat
While using Live Chat, the support technician will be able to connect directly to your PC and control FrameworkLTC® on your workstation. Click here to be connected to the first available technician.  The support Live Chat is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm.  Click to be connected to Live Chat.

User Discussion Forum
Participate in a user to user discussion forum and ask your questions to the entire FrameworkLTC user community.
