FrameworkLTC®
comes fully loaded with dozens of reports that are aimed
at helping you get the most from the data that you are
collecting. Reports exist that show your profit margins,
allowing you to zero in on low margin products. Some reports
show dispensing activity and can project future activity based
on dispensing history. Others are used to query history during
an audit, or to identify dispensing activity.
The Value of Data Mining
Because FrameworkLTC is built using a Microsoft SQL
Server® database, you can use virtually any report
writer, spreadsheet, or data analysis tool on the market today
to create your own reports. Realize the value of the data that
you are already capturing by creating your own analysis and
management reports.
Listed below are some of the reports included with FrameworkLTC:

Custom Reports created with Crystal Reports can
be run directly from FrameworkLTC®.

ECS History Report creates a detailed listing of
all adjudicated claims for all facilities for a specified
period of time.

Periodic Daily Log creates a listing of all
prescriptions dispensed between two specified dates.

HIPAA Compliance Report shows all patients where
a Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP) acknowledgement has
not been received.

Monthly Controlled Drugs Report creates a
listing of all prescriptions dispensed of controlled
substances for the specified month, facility, and
pharmacy.

Drug Utilization Report creates a listing of the
number of doses of each drug in all patient's active
orders for the specified pharmacies. This report may be
grouped by class or drug name as desired.

Therapeutic Type Report enables the user to
create a report from either the patient's profile or the
prescription history of all drugs in a specified group.
You can produce this report for one or more facilities,
and one or more drug group.

Drug Usage Report will display the usage and
revenue generated for all dispensed drugs for a specified
pharmacy and specified date range.

Profile Report will search patient's profiles
for specific drugs or other criteria.

Facility Drug Price Report will create a
detailed listing of how each drug will be priced when
billed to a facility.

Billing Summary by Method of Payment will create
a listing of all billing to a particular payer in a
specified time frame.

Drug Listing by Price Option will create a
listing of all drugs currently priced under a specified
price option when billed to a facility.

Financial Impact Report details the revenue and
profit margins for prescriptions dispensed over a given
period, either at the detail level or in summary.

Drug Ranking Report can be used to create a
number of different reports that rank drugs based on
criteria that you specify.

Patient Profile Report will print the full
patient profile for the selected patient(s).

Prescription History Report will print the full
RX history for the selected patient(s) within the
specified dispense date range.

Family Activity Report shows dispensing activity
for a given family within the specified dispense date
range, especially helpful for community (retail)
pharmacies.
