Reduce Paperwork and Increase Accuracy
Electronic Claims can be submitted for adjudication to third party payers either singly, or in batch mode, where all prescriptions entered for all facilities can be submitted at a single time.  Or, schedule the submission to occur during non-working hours.  Responses are captured, and rejected scripts can be moved to another batch to be dealt with at a later time. All fields and all segments of both NCPDP v3.2 and v5.1 (HIPAA named) transactions are fully supported.

Unit Dose Prescriptions
Dispensing and billing activity can be separated, allowing multiple dispensing transactions to be included in a single billing transaction.

Hard Copy Claims and Invoices
You can produce Hard Copy Claim Forms for any claim not submitted electronically.  Facility and Private invoices can be produced for private pay invoices and co pay amounts.  Facilities, patients, or a patients' guarantor can be invoiced.

Use Sage Accpac Advantage Series software in conjunction with FrameworkLTC® to get the best integration with your accounts receivable system, or export all of the billing transactions to a CSV file and import it into your preferred accounting solution. Custom A/R interfaces are available upon request.
